Role: Salesforce Developer / Salesforce Technical Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and working knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). The candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce customization, integration, and application development, along with an understanding of modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce triggers, classes, batch Apex, and asynchronous processes.
  • Work on Salesforce integrations with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and security settings.
  • Utilize MERN stack knowledge to understand and support full-stack application integrations.
  • Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, wherever required.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external web applications and third-party platforms.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and cross-functional development teams.

Required Skills

Salesforce Skills
  • 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Visualforce.
  • Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows, security, and deployment tools.
  • Knowledge of Git and Salesforce deployment processes.
MERN Stack Skills
  • Working knowledge of MongoDB.
  • Understanding of Express.js and Node.js.
  • Knowledge of React.js, components, hooks, and state management.
  • Understanding of REST API development and integration.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Good to Have

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I / II certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with MERN-based applications.
