Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and extensive experience in Germany Payroll. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of German payroll configuration, payroll schemas, rules, and end-to-end payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM Payroll solutions, specifically for Germany Payroll.
- Manage end-to-end German payroll processes and ensure accurate payroll execution.
- Configure and maintain payroll schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), and payroll rules.
- Handle payroll enhancements, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Participate in SAP HCM Payroll implementation and support projects.
- Analyze payroll issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand payroll requirements.
- Ensure smooth payroll operations and timely resolution of payroll-related issues.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Extensive experience in Germany Payroll configuration and support (Mandatory).
- Good understanding of German payroll processes and statutory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll rules.
- Experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementation, enhancements, and support projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote working environment.
