Fullstack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Next, Node.js)
• Build reusable, responsive, and user-friendly UI components using React.js
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs
• Design and manage MongoDB databases and schemas
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and product managers
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Ensure application security and data protection standards

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with React.js, Redux/Context API
• Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js
• Experience with MongoDB and Mongoose
• Good understanding of REST APIs and API integration
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms like JWT/OAuth
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
