Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior PM / Business Analyst to support back-end integration projects within the Investment Banking domain. The role will focus on post-execution processes, including middleware-to-settlement flows and infrastructure-related initiatives. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in PMO, BA, and project support within Financial Institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Foundational PM / BA Support
Assist in project and program tracking activities
Support risk tracking, issue logging, and requirements gathering
Maintain project documentation and reporting artifacts
Administrative & Testing Support
Create and maintain test plans and test cases
Participate in test execution and support defect tracking
Assist with administrative project tasks and basic financial planning and tracking
Stakeholder & Coordination Support
Support basic stakeholder management activities
Coordinate meetings, prepare MOMs, and track action items
Domain & Process Exposure
Gain exposure to PMO and consulting practices within Financial Institutions
Support projects related to back-end integration and post-execution workflows
Required Skills & Experience
0–2 years of experience in PMO / Business Analyst / Consulting roles
Mandatory exposure to Investment Banking or Global Banking & Securities
Basic understanding of project lifecycles within Financial Institutions
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
Willingness to work in a fully onsite environment
